How It Works

How It Works

A typical order runs five stages. You always know what happens next, and nothing moves without your approval.

Packaged export goods stored on warehouse racks before pre-shipment inspection

Step 1 — You tell us what you want

Product description, target quantity, destination country. A link or photo of a reference product helps. We reply within one business day with questions or a plan.

Step 2 — We source and verify

We shortlist factories, collect quotes, and verify the best candidates: license, audit, references. You pick the supplier — with our report in hand.

Step 3 — Samples until it’s right

We manage sample rounds with the factory and forward approved samples to you. Production starts only after your written approval.

Step 4 — Production and inspection

We stay in contact with the factory during production. Before shipping, our inspector checks the goods on-site and sends you a full photo report.

Step 5 — Freight and delivery

We book freight, prepare export documents, and track your shipment. Most orders complete in 8–14 weeks, door to door.

What we need from you

A product idea with a reference link or photo, an estimated quantity, and a destination country. That is enough for a first quote.
