FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a minimum order size?

Most factories we work with accept orders from around $5,000. Smaller trial orders are sometimes possible — ask us about your product.

How does supplier verification work?

We check the business license, registration capital, export history, and legal records. Then we audit the factory in person: machinery, workers, production lines, and references. You receive a written report with photos.

How do inspections work?

Our inspector visits the factory when production is complete (or in-line, for large orders). We check quantity, workmanship, function, labeling, and packaging against your spec, then send a full photo report. Goods ship only after you approve.

How are shipping and customs handled?

We book sea, air, or rail freight and prepare export documents. We can deliver to your nearest port (you clear customs with your broker) or door-to-door where available. We tell you upfront which applies to your destination.

How are you paid?

A flat project fee agreed before work starts. We never take commissions from factories, so our advice stays on your side.

How long does an order take?

A typical first order takes 8–14 weeks from brief to delivery: sourcing 1–2 weeks, samples 2–3 weeks, production 3–5 weeks, freight 2–4 weeks depending on method.

Can you work with a supplier I already found?

Yes. Many clients come to us with a supplier they found online. We verify, inspect, and manage shipping for that relationship — same fee structure.
