What is MOQ?

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is the smallest run a factory will set up its line for, reflecting setup costs, material batches and the margin it needs. Published MOQs are usually opening positions: simpler colours, existing tooling, off-peak scheduling or a slightly higher unit price can all bring them down. If your volume cannot meet any MOQ, a sourcing agent can place your order alongside others or find smaller workshops that the marketplaces never show you.
