What is Quality control (QC)?

Quality control (QC) covers every independent check on your order: inline inspections during production, pre-shipment inspection of finished goods, lab testing where regulations require it, and container loading supervision. The inspector works from your specification and approved sample β€” not the factory's assurances β€” and reports to you with photographs. Because QC happens while your balance payment is still unpaid, a failed report costs you an inspection fee; a skipped one can cost you the order.
