Ex Works (EXW) means the seller simply makes the goods available at their premises; you arrange export clearance, loading, freight, insurance and everything after. Quotes look attractively low because they exclude nearly all logistics — which is why beginners routinely under-budget EXW orders. Choose it only if you have a forwarder who can handle origin logistics; otherwise FOB leaves the export-side work with the party best placed to do it.
