What is DDP?
Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) is the Incoterm with the heaviest seller obligation: the seller carries the goods to your named place, clears them for import and pays all duty and taxes. For you it is the simplest quote to compare — one figure, nothing added later. Confirm the seller genuinely has an import setup in your country before agreeing DDP; a factory that cannot clear customs in your name will quietly switch the shipment to DAP and leave you the duty bill.
